The handle of the Chaperon knife is made from 4 different tropical wood species in Opinel workshops and is based on the patent of Bruno Chaperon, creator of wooden art constructions. Each Chaperon is unique because each handle has a different mix of woods and is processed and polished by hand. Ebony, rose, cocobolo, zebrali, boxwood are some of the precious woods used to make it. With reinforced glossy blade and Virobloc safety ring that locks the blade in the open or closed position.
